END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SMART SNIFFER SOFTWARE

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THIS

• All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to the SMART SNIFFER  SOFTWARE and any copies thereof are exclusively owned by Alexey Zaharov. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the SMART SNIFFER  SOFTWARE is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the author – Alexey Zaharov.
• You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any and all copies of the SMART SNIFFER  SOFTWARE.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble otherwise reverse engineer the SMART SNIFFER SOFTWARE, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
• Author may provide you with support services related to the SMART SNIFFER  SOFTWARE (“Support Services”). Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of the SMART SNIFFER  SOFTWARE and subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
• Anyone may use this software during any period with limitation. If you wish to remove limitation you MUST subscribe at authorized web-site. The periods and conditions of subscription are described on web-site.
• While subscribed, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use SMART SNIFFER  SOFTWARE on one computer for any legal purpose, at a time.
• The SMART SNIFFER  SOFTWARE trial version, may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of SMART SNIFFER  SOFTWARE without explicit permission from the copyright holder. The SMART SNIFFER  SOFTWARE trial version may not be bundled or distributed with any other package without explicit permission of the copyright holder.
• SMARTSNIFF IS DISTRIBUTED “AS IS”. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
• You may distribute and use for legal purposes VPMachine and MSPLViewer inside your team freely.
• Installing and using SMART SNIFFER  SOFTWARE signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
• If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove SMART SNIFFER  SOFTWARE files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
